We demonstrated our ISOvA Toolbox platform, which reduces the cost and effort of ISO certification by providing a Microsoft Teams Integrated Management System (IMS) and an optional Virtual Assistant service. RJC liked the software and began a monthly subscription to the ISOvA Toolbox software. Within RJC’s subscription, we included some free support to ensure they were comfortable navigating around the software and updating it. Our experienced consultant provided this support, Eithne Gallagher, who, as a lead auditor in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, was on hand to show RJC around the software and answer any questions that arose.
Since their successful certification to all three standards with SGS United Kingdom Ltd, AvISO has since gone on to provide annual internal audit support to RJC, ensuring their IMS is up to date for third-party audits and continues to evolve in line with the organisation.
