Ana has worked with Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems since 1998, across a diverse range of industry, including local authorities, sportive organisations and manufacturing companies.
She was at the forefront of the development of ISO 50001 and ISO 20121, leading the first audits and auditor training based on these standards.
Now she works predominately with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 20121:2012 and ISO 50001:2011, isolated or in integrated management systems. Ana’s approach is to build management systems around the organisation’s values, culture and business goals so that the system becomes second nature to the modus operandi of the organisation and not an artificial add-on.
Other given project outcomes are an easy to run management system and effective knowledge transfer from the consultant to the organisation so that the management system can deliver the best results and contribute to the overall performance improvement.
Ana has worked with quality, health & safety and environmental management systems since 1993, across a diverse range of industries and services both as a consultant and inside organisations.
Ana has worked for companies in building and construction, equipment rental, chemical industry and aerospace industry for several years and 6 years as consultant, trainer and auditor.
She is passionate about business problem-solving. Helps companies identifying opportunities to increase their overall efficiency and effectiveness and developing solutions aligned with the business goals and culture.
She works predominately with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, AS 9100 and IATF 16494 and continuous improvement using LEAN methodologies.
With a background in IT, Brian has spent the last 23 years gaining experience in business continuity, IT disaster recovery, information security, operational risk management, Data Protection Act/GDPR compliance and fraud investigation. This broad experience gives added value to clients when he is providing consultancy, auditing or training services. Brian’s client assignments range from running a short training and awareness session for senior management to helping them build a robust management system and gain formal ISO certification.
Brian has also worked as an assessor for a certification body so knows in detail what the certification assessment process entails and how best to prepare for it.
Darren joined AvISO Consultancy at the end of 2019. With over a decade of experience working in the social housing sector, facilities and contracts management Darren possesses a strong understanding of customer service principles and the importance of excellent communication. Darren has a strong working understanding of change management, supply chain management, and how best to lead organisations through these processes.
Now working predominately on ISO 9001:2015, to which he is a certified BSI lead auditor, he is also working with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013.
The experience gained working at several leading social housing providers, and companies based in the facilities management industry has provided Darren with a multitude of transferable skills and knowledge that he can bring to the clients he supports across a wide variety of sectors and business types. Darren believes that the key to the successful implementation of an ISO and business longevity is communication.
Communication will help foster good working relationships between management and staff at any company, which in turn will also improve morale and efficiency.
Eithne is based in Ireland and is originally from a legal background having started her career working as a Solicitor in private practice for several years. She then moved into a compliance role working as a Data Protection Officer.
Eithne has extensive experience working within data protection compliance for numerous organisations across a diverse range of sectors.
In addition, Eithne is a Lead Auditor in the ISO 27001 standard.
With over 5 years’ experience in implementing SharePoint systems Graham is an articulate and capable member of the team. He can clearly communicate and deliver solutions aligned with an organisation’s strategic objectives. As an experienced business consultant Graham is also adept at implementing SharePoint collaboration sites and Quality / Environmental Management Systems, which has helped our clients improve business efficiency, quality and environmental performance.

Jane joined the AvISO team in June 2017 following a successful 10-year career working in Client Relations. Originally starting her corporate career in a coordinator role supporting senior account managers, Jane was soon promoted into an account manager role herself taking on responsibility for several large Blue-Chip accounts. Jane works part-time at AvISO and has been instrumental in supporting AvISO to grow and continually improve the services provided.
As Office Manager Jane is responsible for supporting the consultancy team, event organisation, client relations, website & social media, invoicing and accounts.
Meggan started her career in the hospitality industry where she oversaw and Integrated Management System covering Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental Management and Energy. She additionally worked to reduce environmental impacts, promote a culture of safety and led the Corporate Social Responsibility programme.
Meggan is a certified lead auditor for ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 and believes in working alongside companies to achieve certification and improvements of their management systems. Incorporating the company values into the management system ensures employee engagement and the many benefits a management system a can bring to an organisation.
She has worked across a diverse range of industries and enjoys the variety and challenges that each one brings.
Oliver joined AvISO Consultancy in January 2016 but had previously worked in the hospitality industry of where he was first introduced to the ISO 9001 standard; the corporate company at the time wanted to achieve this goal. Oliver witnessed what a company was like before and after the standard was introduced, and has first-hand experience of how it can change your business for the better.
Now working predominately on ISO 9001:2015, of which he is a certified BSI lead auditor, he has also worked on ISO 9001:2008, 14001 2004 and 2015.
The versatility of the standards means that the environment is never the same and has therefore worked across a diverse range of industries such as with Healthcare, Franchise, Hospitality, Marketing & advertising, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecommunications and the Service industry.

Paul started AvISO in 2012, but has worked with Quality, Environmental and associated resource efficiency initiatives for over ten years. In this time, he has built relationships with universities, accredited certification bodies and many companies to develop a comprehensive understanding of these subjects.
Now he works predominately with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 50001:2011 across a diverse range of industry, to include construction, architecture, legal and manufacturing sectors.Paul has a proven track record of guiding organisations, from SME to multinational PLCs on to successful UKAS accredited certification.
Focus is always given to realising the best from the ISO standards for the individual, and not making the individual fit the standard. Paul’s approach is always to develop a management system tailored to the individual goals and objectives of the organisation, so it can be more than just a certificate and will bring about truly positive improvements. This style ensures paperwork is kept to a minimum whilst helping organisations develop efficient processes that are clearly understood and communicated across their business.
Sophie is originally from a food industry background. She started out in an office base supporting role alongside buyers and senior account managers of high profile commercial accounts. Sophie subsequently moved into a more autonomous sales role covering London before extending to a national account manager role. Her experience has meant she has been exposed to the systems, and logistics of both her employers and many other businesses she has worked with of varying size.
She has since left the food industry to start a family. Following her maternity leave Sophie has chosen to put her skills back into practice working part-time for AvISO.
