They were able to work up our existing workflows and processes gleaned from internal workshops, which took a lot of pressure off us to kick start the core framework of our own Quality Management System. AvISO also carried out a number of internal audits and a mock full assessment, which really helped us identify where to focus our efforts to close out the QMS gaps. AvISO were asked to develop a Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure EMTD were compliant. Also, to prepare for the transition to ISO 9001:2015 and to maintain a practical and efficient process to support the certificate.
