It was a pleasure to work with Mara and her team at Industville to assist them in preparing for their upcoming audit for ISO 9001:2015.

Due to the ongoing restrictions with travel and the importance of social distancing, the project was completed remotely. This came with its own set of challenges, but through setting clear objectives with timelines and using remote audit tools, and platforms these were quickly overcome.

The Industville management system was already firmly in place, so from a consultants point of view, it was the continual improvement aspects and requirements that we needed to focus on.

It was paramount that the work completed had minimal effect on the day to day running of the business, which was particularly important due to the busy sector that Industville trade-in.

I would like to congratulate the team at Industville again for their arduous work in getting ready for their audit, and I look forward to our working relationship going forward.

A Management System must be reflective of the business processes and not based on a templates and generic documentation.
