Streamline and Support Existing ISO Management System

Now even more so, any member of staff or interested party may easily navigate, add to, extract from, any information, guidance, records and evidence. This proved invaluable in enabling a smooth audit and demonstrating our compliance to the standards and our operational procedures and controls, ultimately leading to us passing this surveillance audit.

Due to your hard work, due diligence, training in setting up and the administration of our new IMS SharePoint system we sailed through the 3-day audit. Great system/great team. The auditor, as were we, were very impressed with the efficient, easily demonstrated use of and ease of access to the system by those who required it. The structuring of the system and its databases/toolbox that enabled a swift and constructive review of records, controls and evidence to be made available on demand. With the system being constantly monitored and information updated, KPIs indicators/actions required highlighted and posted up to date, we are better able to manage our compliance and procedures. Goodbye paper-based system!

When Structura approached us, they already had an established management system, which was certified to ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety).  However, what the organisation had recognised is that it had almost become an ‘industry’ of its own and maintenance had become a burden for the team.

We took on the heavy lifting, streamlining the documentation and registers.  Critical review was employed, ensuring enhancement where possible but importantly without discarding the existing accumulated organisational knowledge.  Operational processes were workshopped and re-documented, providing better clarity and a more solid basis for training and internal audit.  The implementation of the IMS toolbox increased the visibility of key elements of the Integrated Management System by keeping them as live registers (e.g. risk, legal, corrective actions, objectives and KPIs) giving the organisation the ability to see things more clearly, presented in a more meaningful and compliant way.

It's pleasing to see that the benefits of the renovated management system were welcomed by the auditor during the external surveillance audit.  We’re delighted it made their job much easier!
