Working with Serbus was a really rewarding piece of work. The team were open, engaged, and genuinely willing to challenge how things had always been done, which made a big difference. We started with very little formal structure in place. That gave us the opportunity to shape the Service Management System around what actually worked for the business, rather than forcing a standard model onto it.

There were external time pressures from the outset, but the Serbus team stayed focused and pragmatic throughout. That meant we could keep things moving and make sensible decisions without losing momentum. From the start, we focused on clarity, ownership and keeping things practical, so the system would continue to add value beyond certification. Seeing the team grow in confidence and take real ownership of service management as the project progressed was a real highlight.
