ISO 14001 Maintenance and Internal Audit Support

“I was left in a rather sticky position when the person running our ISO14001 EMS left the business, and I had no one with the appropriate experience to take over. It was clear I needed some outside assistance. Having negotiated my way around the ‘hard sell’ from a couple of companies I found on the internet, I spoke to Paul Stevens, MD of Aviso Consultants. He offered to visit to see the best way forward. 

Paul was accommodating, and we agreed that Aviso should carry out three days of auditing and follow-up, covering a full system audit, an operational audit, and a legal compliance audit. These were carried out to the agreed timescales so we had time to deal with any issues before our next BSI audit. The audit went well with no non-conformances and just a few minor observations.
