“I only have positive things to say, Ana was amazing throughout the whole process. She helped get my head around transferring our EMS into the toolkit, and guided me through each step of the way. From explaining how our objectives were different to aims, to showing us how interactive the tool kit could be. We were able to start with the basics and build on the information and synchronicity of each aspect for the accreditation. Something I really liked about the Toolkit, was it gave back what you put in as such. Aviso have been great in providing feedback and support on how we pushed certain criteria out to employees, and how we could maintain those with incentives.
