Bracon is one of the largest dental laboratory supply companies in the country, we were asked to provide them with advice and support to implement ISO 9001:2015. Our approach was to work through the processes and procedures together so that the end result would be a new management system, but also so their team had an understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
