Firstly, what have we been up to here at AvISO?
We have decided to publish the vast majority of our Legal Registers on our website, free of charge. We believe this will be a fantastic resource for many, including clients and consultants, and as far as we’re aware, no one else in the UK provides this information as a public resource.
We have broken the Legal Registers down into six key areas:
Each item of Legislation has it own page including a Summary of Evidence Requirements and links to further reading. We hope these resources will be a great resource for anyone involved in ISO Standards and compliance as a whole. Please do follow the links provided to take a look, and if you have any feedback, we’d love to hear from you. Please do bear in mind this is not a finished piece of work, and we will continue to update and add further Legislation when necessary. Also, coming soon, we will be providing the Legal Register for ISO 50001 Energy.
You may have noticed recently that the team’s email signatures have changed to show that AvISO is in association with ISOvA.
But what is ISOvA?
Paul and colleagues have set up this new business which supports the implementation and maintenance of ISO Standards using cloud-based technology. The ISOvA Integrated Management System (IMS Toolbox) is designed to reduce the effort and cost of complying to ISO standards by providing a cloud-based integrated management system at an affordable monthly subscription with an easy-to-follow online platform powered by Microsoft 365 Teams.
We have recently launched our ISO Training courses called Toolbox Talks.
We offer three levels of Toolbox Talks which can cover ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and Internal Audit training. These are short one-to-one training courses about ISO Management Systems and best practices. The courses are live and are held by one of our experienced consultants, last approximately 1 hour and cost just £60 per Toolbox Talks plus £20 per additional attendee. As well as following a planned format we can also help with any individual queries or concerns such as addressing non-conformities to assist with closing these out alongside showing the purpose, essentials, and best practices of ISO Standards.
With this year being unlike any other, we found ourselves with some additional time on our hands due to the first Covid-19 lockdown and some of our clients having to temporarily put projects on hold. However, we didn’t sit on our laurels! We used this time productively to better our skills and knowledge within the industry with various online training courses, here’s a look at what training our consultants got up to:

We have offices in Kent, London, Birmingham, and Ireland. We have been at our location in Burwash, Kent for several years but as we grow as a company, it’s time to move on to pastures new! Our new home and head office location in Kent for 2021 will be at Flimwell Park.

AvISO Consultancy has successfully become a Bloom Accredited Supplier, and we are excited that we have now joined the Bloom supplier community. The Bloom framework is a marketplace of buyers and suppliers for the public sector to buy and manage professional services. As an SME, we are looking forward to the opportunity to provide our services to the public sector, a market which is renowned difficult for SME’s to compete.
